ARRIVAL: Friday, March 27, return in front - 10:30ish...PARK IN REAR. FEEL FREE TO WAIT/WELCOME THEM BACK IN CAFETERIA.
Over the Counter Medical Form Waiver is listed below. As noted at the parent meeting, the following medications will be provided as long as the OTC Waiver below is filled out, signed, and turned in prior to Monday, March 23rd.
*Regular Strength Tylenol, Regular Strength Ibuprofen, Halls Cough Drops, Tums, Benedryl 25mg tablets, Dramamine 50mg tablets
*As noted at the parent meeting, all fees and fines that are outstanding must be paid prior to departure of the trip. You can check your status of this in the office with Mrs. Freno. Get that taken care of today.
