Senior Class Bulletin:
There are many exciting happenings at the end of senior year. Stay informed by reading the Senior Class Bulletin. Many of your questions can be answered by reading through this document. If you still need clarification please feel free to reach out to Ms. Broadhurst for help.
Preparation for Commencement Activities:
An official list of seniors has been posted in the commons. Seniors, please stop into to commons over the next week to verify that we have the correct spelling of your name for your diploma.
A cap and gown have been ordered for each senior. If you plan on wearing a gown from a sibling make sure that you fill out the approval form (linked above) so that we can adjust your fees. If this form is not filled out you will be charged for the cap and gown. There is a series of signatures that will need to be obtained before the fee is waived.
Formal graduation announcement order forms were passed out to each senior in October. If you missed the order deadline but would still like announcements you have a few options. First, a number of extra announcements are ordered and sold individually on a first come first serve basis (these are usually available beginning at the end of March). You can check with Mrs. Bowers in the athletic office to see if any of these remain. Second, you may check the Wadsworth High School page at Herff Jones to see if there is still time to order. If all else fails, you can contact our Herff Jones rep, Rick Call at the linked email.
Community Service Volunteer Opportunity:
The Valley View PTO is looking for a few seniors who would like to earn their community service hours caring for children during the monthly meeting. Meetings take place the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm and last about an hour. If you are interested please stop in to room 2105 for more information!
