Random Drug Testing of Students

The Wadsworth Board of Education has implemented a random drug testing policy that will begin in the fall of 2017.  Any student in grades 7-12 that is planning on participating in any extra-curricular activity that is not tied to an academic grade or any student who plans on purchasing a parking pass will be subject to the testing.  Every student eligible will be tested one time prior to the start of his/her activity and then subject to monthly random tests throughout the school year.  The policy and procedures can be found by clicking here.  Testing will begin in August and more information will follow from your principal.  If you have any questions, please contact the high school (330-335-1400) or the middle school (330-335-1410).
