The Transportation Department at Wadsworth City Schools is commited to providing our students with safe and efficient transportation to and from school. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Miller.
Bus Garage Access (Effective April 4, 2011) Beginnning April 4, 2011, there will be no travel permitted in the bus garage between the hours of 8:25 - 9:00 AM, and again between 3:15 - 4:00 PM. Construction will be starting on the new Isham Elementary School. As a result, the current Isham bus ramp will be closed and buses will be lining up in the bus garage area during the above hours to load and unload students. For the safety of the students and others, we are therefore not permitting any outside travel in this area during these times.
New Elementary Attendance Zones (Effective for the 2012-2013 School Year) Wadsworth City Schools, based on feedback from the community, believes it is important to maintain a neighborhood school concept. The opening of three elementary schools will allow the district to improve upon the implementation of this concept by having most, if not all, students attend the elementary school closest to their home.
