A.L.I.C.E. Overview Community Meeting

ALICE image

The Wadsworth Police Department and the Wadsworth City School District are pleased to offer an overview for community residents on the A.L.I.C.E. philosophy for dealing with intruders in our schools.  A.L.I.C.E., which stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate, was discussed at our March 5 school safety meeting where a suggestion was made to hold a special community meeting to focus exclusively on this philosophy.  An overview will be provided by Adam Innocenti, our School Resource Officer, on May 29, at 6:30 p.m., in the James R. McIlvaine Performing Arts Center at Wadsworth High School.  If you have any questions about this overview, please contact me at 330-335-1301 or at ahill@wadsworthschools.org.
